Shipping policy
§1 Delivery, Product Availability
(1) The delivery times stated by Lybbie are calculated from the moment of automatic order confirmation, provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance. The delivery time is 10 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product in the online shop.
(2) Should it become temporarily or permanently impossible for Lybbie to deliver the product you have selected, Lybbie will notify you by email. In such cases, no contract shall come into effect.
(3) The following delivery restrictions apply: Lybbie ships worldwide from this shop, with the exception of delivery addresses in the USA and Canada. Lybbie reserves the right to temporarily or permanently exclude further countries from delivery due to political events or other circumstances. You will be informed of any such decision on the Lybbie website.
§2 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Lybbie until full payment has been received.
§3 Shipping Costs and Other Charges
(1) General information on shipping costs is available via a link next to the price on each product detail page. The specific shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. These costs are to be borne by you, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal. Lybbie offers free shipping on orders with a goods value of EUR 75 or more, as well as on all orders placed at Lybbie consultations or other events.
(2) Goods are dispatched by parcel or letter post. The shipping risk is borne by Lybbie in accordance with statutory provisions if you are a consumer. For business customers, the risk in the goods passes immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
(3) In the event of withdrawal or exchange, you shall bear the direct costs of return shipment. Lybbie covers the shipping costs for the replacement goods.
(4) Import duties may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Any resulting costs (including those charged by the carrier) are to be borne by you.
