Refund policy

 

(1) Right of Withdrawal

Unlike business customers, municipalities, and government institutions, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when entering into a distance sales contract. Below you will find a brief explanation, should you be a consumer.

a) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lybbie (Dotz-n-Ticklez GmbH, Brückengasse 1B, 78462 Konstanz, Germany, hello@lybbie.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an email, or a message via the contact form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

b) Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Lybbie shall reimburse all payments received from you, less the return shipping costs of EUR 4.99 (EUR 14.99 for international returns), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which Lybbie received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, Lybbie will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you (for example, in the case of cash payment); in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Lybbie may refuse reimbursement until the goods have been returned and inspected, or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the unused goods in their original packaging (with hygiene seal intact) without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify Lybbie of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods by using the return label provided by Lybbie at a fee of EUR 4.99. For hygiene reasons, the return of products is excluded if they have been worn or washed. Sets may only be withdrawn in full (including any gifted items). In such cases, partial refunds or the reshipment of individual products are excluded.

(2) Returns

In addition to withdrawal under the policy above (Paragraph 1), Lybbie offers a simplified returns process should you wish to use it: when you register your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label which allows you to drop off your parcel with DHL without separate payment. The shipping costs incurred by Lybbie will be deducted from the refunded purchase price. These amount to a flat rate of EUR 4.99 for returns within Germany and EUR 14.99 internationally. Returns are only possible for unused and unwashed items (with the hygiene label intact) and for complete sets (including any items gifted through promotions). Discounts granted on sets or promotions cannot be retained on a partial basis.

In the case of an exchange, Lybbie covers the cost of reshipment.

(3) Excluded from Exchange

Promotional items (such as 1+1 deals) are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned.
