Trial sets : You can return these two sets (even if used) within 30 days. All other products: A return is only possible if the items are in their original packaging and the hygiene seal is intact. The 14-day return period also applies here.

Please note that only the trial set has a 30-day return policy. All other products must be unused and unworn. The hygiene seal must be intact.

Your money will be credited to your account once the goods have been checked for damage at the warehouse. If you need help, contact us via chat.

Can I return part of a set?

No, sets must always be returned in full.

Example: For the 7-diaper set, all 7 diapers must be included. The same applies to the trial set — all components must be returned.

Do I need to return free gifts as well?

Yes. The trial set also includes all add-ons such as the disposable liners. These must be returned in full as well.

Is there a end date for the return?

Yes. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Trial sets are an exception — they can be returned within 30 days.
